Role Overview

We are looking for a fresher or entry-level mobile app developer who is passionate about building real-world products and eager to grow with us. You’ll be working directly on Thynk RE, our core SaaS product, alongside the founding team.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 role — it’s an opportunity to build software from scratch, contribute to a live product, and grow into a senior role quickly.

Job Summary

Your role will focus on learning and implementing best practices while contributing to live development — from writing clean, testable code to integrating APIs and deploying features. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a product from the ground up, not just maintain existing code.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin and the Android SDK.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define, design, and ship features.
Work with RESTful APIs and external data sources.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure app performance and responsiveness.
Integrate Firebase (Authentication, Realtime DB/Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics).
Maintain and update existing app modules.
Follow best practices in clean code, architecture (MVVM/MVC), and version control (Git).
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

✅ Requirements

Must Have (Core Skills)

Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture (MVVM/MVC).
Hands-on experience with Firebase services.
Basic Git/GitHub usage for version control.
Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals for mobile apps.
Eagerness to learn fast, debug, and ship features independently.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or cross-platform exposure (React Native / Flutter).
Experience with publishing apps on Play Store.
Knowledge of third-party SDKs, analytics, crash reporting tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
Portfolio of personal/student projects or GitHub repos.

Other Terms

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (First 3 Months)
Opportunity to get ESOP after confirmation
3-month probation (performance-based confirmation).
Strict NDA & IP ownership (all code belongs to Thynk App).
1-month notice period post-probation.
